Use Ozaic to keep the things you save. Don't abuse it or use it to break the law or other platforms' rules. Ozaic is in early access and provided as-is, and you can stop using it and delete your data at any time.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Sysmic Labs ("Ozaic", "we", "us") governing your use of the Ozaic mobile app and the Ozaic website and web app at ozaic.app (together, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Ozaic. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you're authorized to accept these Terms for it. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens under it.
Ozaic lets you save links and posts from other platforms into one place, view them, organize them, and be reminded of them so you can come back to them. When you save a link, we fetch its public title and preview image, and — for supported platforms — may render the original public post using that platform's own official embed. Ozaic is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, Meta, or any other platform whose content you save.
Ozaic stores the links you choose to save and any notes or collections you create ("Your Content"). You keep ownership of Your Content. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the Service for you — to store Your Content, fetch and cache previews, and display it back to you across your devices. We don't claim rights to it, we don't sell it, and we don't use it to train advertising profiles.
You're responsible for what you save. Only save content you're allowed to access, and don't use Ozaic to store or share anything unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights.
Content you save originates from third-party platforms and belongs to those platforms and their users. It is subject to those platforms' own terms and privacy policies, and it may change or disappear at any time — Ozaic doesn't control it and isn't responsible for it. When a post is embedded, it loads directly from the source platform. You agree to use each platform's content in line with that platform's terms.
When using Ozaic, you agree not to:
We may suspend or end access that violates these Terms or that puts the Service or others at risk.
Ozaic is in early access. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the Service may be unavailable from time to time. We may add, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service, and we'll try to give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.
You can stop using Ozaic and delete your data at any time — see Deleting your data in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that saved content and previews will always be available or accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sysmic Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, saved content, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
If you download Ozaic from the Apple App Store, the following also applies, and you acknowledge and agree that:
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
